Full name, email address, phone number, Specialization, ID number, and Saudi Commission for Health Specialties (SCFHS) registration number.

Any other information that the trainee or client voluntarily provides.

Use of Information:

1) Processing orders, transactions, and payments.

Academic integrity is defined as the commitment to honesty and fairness in all educational and research activities, including respecting the rights of others and avoiding cheating or plagiarism. Upholding these principles ensures the credibility of research, and the quality of education, and fosters trust and respect within the academic community, while also supporting creativity and protecting intellectual property.

The center takes responsibility for cultivating an environment characterized by high levels of academic integrity. This is achieved by establishing standards and regulations for the training process, ensuring integrity at every stage—from trainee registration to the training period and finally to assessments and results.

The center believes that promoting academic integrity is a fundamental part of the personal and intellectual development of trainees. It emphasizes the importance of raising awareness among trainers, trainees, and staff about issues related to academic integrity, contributing to societal progress and prosperity by graduating individuals who embody the highest ethical values.

Student Commitments upon Course Registration:

‐ Ensure that all submitted assignments are their work, except in cases where collaboration is permitted by the platform.

‐ Maintain a single-user account unless otherwise approved.

‐ Do not allow others to use login credentials.

‐ Do not share solutions or exam answers with others.

‐ Refrain from engaging in activities that unfairly improve results.

‐ Do not publish test answers online.

Anti-Cheating and Identity Verification Measures:

‐ Trainees must sign a commitment to anti-cheating and identity verification policies.

‐ Exams are designed to combine randomness and fairness.

‐ Focus on projects and oral assessments for evaluation.

‐ Assign individual test forms to each trainee.

‐ Prohibit photographing questions or using unauthorized resources.

‐ Require trainees to enable video cameras and inspect the room when necessary.

‐ Prohibit the use of headphones and accessories during exams.

Policy Violations:

‐ Receiving a zero on relevant assessments.

‐ Certificate cancellation if awarded based on dishonest conduct.

‐ Ban on future course registrations.

‐ Additional actions may be taken as deemed necessary by the center.

Attendance Policies

E-Learning Attendance Policy:

E-learning attendance is one of the key factors for the success of trainees in the health training programs offered by Ertiqa Health Training Center through e-learning and remote education. In this context, synchronous e-attendance refers to the presence of trainees connected to the internet on the Ertiqa e-learning platform or in virtual classrooms using computers or mobile devices, which enables the confirmation of trainees' real-time attendance.

Key E-Learning Attendance Policies at Ertiqa Health Training Center:

1) Virtual attendance is considered equivalent to regular attendance in terms of hour calculation, provided that the electronic attendance rate is not less than 75% of the total contact hours for the course.

2) The E-learning and Simulation Unit at the center is responsible for monitoring, supervising, and tracking trainees' access to the e-learning systems and virtual classrooms.

3) Electronic attendance and absence are automatically recorded for trainees in training courses via virtual classroom systems.

4) At the end of the course, an electronic attendance report is sent to the management of the Ertiqa Health Training Center. The trainee is required to attend at least 75% of the training hours allocated for the course they are enrolled in.

5) In the event of a trainee's absence from the course, they lose the right to obtain the certificate or request a refund, unless they provide an official excuse accepted by Ertiqa Health Training Center.

In-Person Practical Training:

Participants in certain training courses requiring practical application must attend this portion at the designated location to be eligible for certification and continuing professional development hours.

Class Capacity Limits:

In adherence to quality standards, Ertiqa Health Training Center commits to not exceeding the permitted number of trainees in both in-person and virtual classes.

From 12pm to 8pm except Friday.

Expected response time:

The request will be processed within a maximum of 5 working days from the date of receipt. If the request requires further investigations or modifications, the beneficiary will be informed of the additional expected time to close the request.

Procedure in case the response to the request exceeds the specified time:

In case the response to the request exceeds the specified time for resolution, the beneficiary will be contacted to inform him of the latest developments in the situation and provide clarifications on the reason for the delay. Necessary measures will be taken to expedite the resolution of the request, and in some cases a follow-up officer may be appointed to ensure that the request is resolved as quickly as possible.

Beneficiary Satisfaction:

The quality of the service provided and the beneficiaries’ satisfaction with it are measured after the completion of the training program through an evaluation sent to the beneficiary’s email. This evaluation aims to measure the beneficiaries’ satisfaction with the content of the training program, training methods, and resources provided, as well as to identify the strengths and weaknesses of the service. The evaluation results are used to identify areas for improvement and make decisions based on accurate data to improve the quality of future programs and develop training methods. The beneficiary satisfaction measurement tool is applied periodically after each training program to ensure continuous improvement in the provision of training services.

Registration Confirmation:

A registration confirmation will be sent via email within 5 business days of payment receipt. Please contact us if you do not receive the confirmation within this period.

Complaints and Suggestions Policies

How to raise complaints and suggestions:

Beneficiaries can raise complaints and suggestions through several available communication channels, which are: the email dedicated to complaints and suggestions, a phone call via the dedicated number, through an electronic form on the center's official website (Contact Us), and via the center's social media accounts.

How the center deals with complaints:

Upon receipt of the complaint or suggestion, it is immediately examined by the specialized team. The complainant is contacted as soon as possible to clarify the procedures that will be taken based on the complaint, and he is also provided with a notification of the next steps and the expected resolution date.

Expected period for closing complaints:

Work is done to resolve the complaint within a maximum period of 5 working days from the date of receipt. If the complaint requires further investigations or amendments, the beneficiary is informed of the additional expected period for closing the complaint.

Refund Policies

Refund Policy:

1) To receive a certificate of attendance in our training programs, the client must attend at least 75% of the program duration.

2) When attending any of our training programs, the client must comply with our identity verification policy.

3) We ask the client to cooperate with our representatives in a manner that maintains our ability to provide services appropriately.

4) As part of our policies, Ertiqa Health Training Center reserves the right to record training sessions to ensure quality and for internal purposes only.

5) We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel any training services at any time. If we cancel or reschedule a training service based on our decision, the client has the option to reschedule to a later date or request a refund. We are not liable for any other losses the client may incur due to the cancellation or rescheduling.

If you are not satisfied with the product you purchased, please refer to the refund policy for more information. Cancellation and Refund:

-If cancellation occurs more than a week before the course date, a refund of 81% of the total fees paid will be issued.

-If cancellation occurs more than 24 hours but less than a week before the course date, a refund of 51% of the total fees paid will be issued.

-If cancellation occurs less than 24 hours before the course date, no refund will be issued.

-Each candidate must retain the original financial documents and payment receipts, or copies thereof, for submission if requested.

Course Postponement:

The course date can be postponed only once, and this must occur at least 72 hours before the scheduled date. Fees will not be refunded for postponement after this period.

When postponing, the new date must be chosen within one month of the original scheduled date.

Refund Process:

The trainee is responsible for any additional fees related to the refund process (e.g., bank charges).

The refunded amount will be transferred to the trainee's bank account within 11 business days.

Promotional Communications and Cookies

Promotional Communications:

Only based on your previous selection, we may send you promotional messages. You can unsubscribe from receiving them at any time by following the instructions included in the promotional messages. We may continue to send transactional or service messages to you regarding existing business relationships without any promotional content.
